This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Newtonian, including data received through Meta or Facebook integrations.
Remove Newtonian From Your Facebook Account
- Log in to Facebook.
- Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Newtonian or the app name shown for the connected Meta app.
- Select Remove to disconnect Newtonian from your Facebook account.

Request Deletion From Newtonian
To request deletion of personal information, account information, Meta connection data, Facebook Page tokens, or Facebook Lead Ads data stored by Newtonian, email info@newtonian.app with:
- Your name and email address.
- The organization or company connected to your Newtonian account.
- The Facebook Page name or Page ID, if your request relates to Meta Lead Ads.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What We Delete
Depending on your request and your organization's instructions, we will delete or disconnect applicable data such as:
- Meta user access tokens and Page access tokens stored for the integration.
- Facebook Page, ad account, campaign, form, and webhook settings stored in Newtonian.
- Lead Ads submissions and mapped lead data associated with the requested records, where deletion is permitted and controlled by your organization.
- Newtonian user account data, if deletion is requested by the account holder or authorized organization administrator.
Timing and Exceptions
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained where required by law, needed for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business recordkeeping. If your data belongs to an organization that uses Newtonian, we may need to verify the request with that organization's administrator.
