Newtonian provides CRM software for businesses to manage leads, customers, deals, projects, proposals, team workflows, and integrations with business tools. This Privacy Policy explains how Newtonian collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, and related services.
Information We Collect
Account and organization information
We collect information needed to create and manage user and organization accounts, such as name, email address, role, organization membership, authentication identifiers, preferences, and settings.
Customer, lead, job, and workflow information
Users may enter or upload customer and lead records, contact details, service addresses, notes, photos, documents, appointments, proposal details, job status, pipeline stage data, and related project or service information.
Meta and Facebook Lead Ads information
When an authorized user connects Facebook or Meta Lead Ads, we may collect and process information made available through Meta APIs, including:
- Facebook Page IDs, Page names, Page access status, and Page access tokens stored securely.
- Ad account, campaign, ad, and lead form IDs and names.
- Lead form questions and lead submissions, including fields such as name, email, phone number, address, and custom answers submitted by a lead.
- Lead metadata such as lead generation IDs, form IDs, campaign IDs, ad IDs, timestamps, and delivery status.
We use Meta data only to connect authorized Pages, retrieve selected lead form submissions, route those leads into Newtonian workflows, and support webhook delivery and troubleshooting.
Integration and credential information
When users connect third-party services, we may process access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, configuration IDs, webhook secrets, and integration settings. Sensitive credentials are stored using secure cloud secret storage where supported.
Device, usage, and technical information
We may collect logs, browser or device details, IP address, diagnostic events, notification tokens, crash reports, and activity information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve Newtonian.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Newtonian.
- Create and manage leads, jobs, appointments, proposals, documents, notifications, and team workflows.
- Import Meta Lead Ads submissions from authorized Facebook Pages and route them to the selected organization pipeline.
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Operate integrations, webhooks, calendar sync, notifications, document access, and support tools.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and communicate service updates.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Newtonian, users, customers, and the public.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide and protect Newtonian, including:
- With authorized users inside the organization that owns or manages the relevant records.
- With service providers that host, secure, store, analyze, or transmit data for Newtonian, such as cloud hosting, authentication, storage, database, email, and notification providers.
- With connected third-party services at the direction of an authorized user, such as Meta, calendar, document, financing, or webhook integrations.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and service integrity.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Meta Platform Data
If Newtonian receives information from Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, we use it only for the business purpose authorized by the connected organization and consistent with applicable Meta Platform requirements. We do not sell Meta Platform data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide Newtonian, comply with law, or act on the connected organization's instructions.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encrypted cloud services where available, secure secret storage for sensitive integration credentials, and permission checks. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Newtonian, support the connected organization, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, enforce agreements, and protect service security. Organizations may delete or update many records inside Newtonian. Backup, log, and legally required records may persist for a limited period.
Your Choices and Data Deletion
- You may ask your organization administrator to update or delete records associated with your account or business data.
- You may disconnect Newtonian from Facebook by removing the app in your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.
- You may request deletion of Meta-related data or account data by emailing info@newtonian.app.

Children's Privacy
Newtonian is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Use
Newtonian is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Newtonian after an update means the updated policy applies.
